Brenda Cowan Elementary School

Brenda Cowan Elementary is a new elementary school campus developed to serve the southeast area of Fayette County. Located on a 26 acre site, the new school complex is sized to accommodate 750 students. Element is responsible for full site planning, design and civil engineering for the entire campus.
