The construction of the new state of the art high school requires complicated phasing for the demolition/relocation of an old bus garage, demolition of the existing classroom building, renovation of the existing gymnasium and renovation/expansion of the existing parking lot.

Renovation and expansion of the existing athletic field. This consisted of converting an old natural grass athletic field to a synthetic turf field, the addition of bleacher seating into a steep hill side and a practice/game day locker facility.

The first phase of the High School project was the relocation of the former bus garage from the high school property to the board of education office about a mile down the road. This included the renovation and retrofitting of the existing building to add a fueling station, parking lot for the buses and enclose the site with an 8ft tall fence and a lockable gate.
